The ground floor hosts the consultation offices, service offices, the reception, the X-ray room, the sterilisation room and sanitary facilities. The basement hosts the canopy the changing rooms and space for storage.

Smile Up of Coimbra, with about 121 m2, is also constituted by 2 floors, yet both are above ground. On the ground floor, there will be areception, the consultation offices, the sterilization room, the X-ray room and sanitary facilities. On the 1st floor, there are consultation offices, changing rooms and a booking room.
Both clinics have completely new water supply networks, wastewater drainage, electrical, ITED and HVAC facilities to suit the current use.
