Our work consists in the demolition of military buildings and the construction of BellaVida Aveiro building, in an area once occupied by army barracks, with 3 floors above ground and basement, with a total area of more than 8,000 m2.
On the ground floor we planned: more than 500 m2 for the Wellness & Spa with a heated indoor pool, a sauna, Turkish baths, Vichy showers, Scottish showers, massage and relaxation cabinets, plus all technical areas and a garage with 30 parking spots.
Tround floor level hosts the administrative, medical and nursing areas, now associated with the Senior Residence, now associated with the Validity of the Continued Care Unit.
The upper floors host the residential structure with 46 rooms, and the unit of continuous care with 18 rooms, and a total capacity of around one hundred users.
This infrastructure and the enclosed technologies provide both residents and users with unique comfort.
